DIY Bedliner Using Herculiner Brush On Bed Liner

Considering doing this on a '23 Mav 2.0 FWD we recently ordered. How did you mask/block the weep holes in the front of the bed? Thank you in advance!

I used painters tape on sheetrock screws. They came out easily after the job.

Not OP, but I used the same product on mine and have about 5 hours into mine between prep and application. I’m in FL and decided to tackle it in the summer for some reason and I do not advise .

I also picked up a can of spray Herculiner for touchups.

The prep is the most time consuming. Sanding and taping. Applying the actual bed liner is fast. 30 minutes. The second day I did a 2nd coat. Total about 4 hours.

If you were to get a 1/2 yard scoop of compost into the bed, and then unload with a flat head shovel, would that hurt the liner?

I recently made 15 trips to the dump site during hurricane Ian clean up. Hauled shingles, wood, aluminum etc. The bedliner has done fantastic, I don't see any chips or damage.
