Yes, they appear to be tabless--the round receptacles int he baseplate accept adapters (the silver items in the picture) for all makes of towbars (not limited to Demco brand towbars).

The Stay-in-Play brake system is activated by the brake light signal (both rear brake lights on simultaneously) in the umbilical from the coach, but has it's own inertia control box in the toad and adjustable response.

Yes, the brake system has a pressure control under the hood and an adjustment box in the cab. Thank you for the response.

Does the Stay-IN-Play work ok with the Lariat's LED taillights?

Yes for lights and brakes. We are working out a bug on flashers coming on instead of blinkers. That may be a 7-pin issue with our Canadian-made RV wiring.

Roadmaster and Blue Ox baseplates have tabs for attachments like breakaway brake switches and lighting/braking cables. Previous Demco baseplates for the Maverick didn't have them so you had to find another way to mount them. I can't see clearly in the pics how DDK's accessories are mounted. Just curious if this new baseplate has tabs for that purpose.

DDK - One last question, does your Lariat have the 4K tow package? Mine does and it appears that there is a second radiator and another set of louvers behind the bumper for cooling the transmission, hopefully not in the way of the baseplate.

We were the model for the 2025 Hybrid base plate. Picked up our truck today. Demco says the new 2025 baseplate should be on the website with part number in about a week with production ramping up in about three weeks. Really impressed with Demco and the guys who worked with us.

Did you have a 4k option from the factory on the maverick. I read someone asked but did mot see a response

You'll have to contact Demco for the cost. The base plate that installs on the Maverick is what my post was about. The base plate for the 2025 Maverick is just now being released. We were the model for it back in April.

We purchased the new Demco baseplate but are having a tough time fitting it over the ACC and being still able to screw the base plate onto the vehicle. Do you have any tips or picture? We followed the instructions but are finding the tolerance to be way too tight. Waiting until tomorrow to talk to Demco support but if you had similar issues and could suggest anything to get it to fit, please let us know.
