I think our problem has resolved itself. It maybe just a coincidence, but I and my wife did a FordPass timed remote start which worked. Prior to doing that, we both on each of our phones using the FordPass app repeatedly got a message about Deep Sleep and no connectivity when trying to do an immediate remote start. So now any time a remote start either immediate or timed on either phone is done it works fine. The whole scenario has left me with one question. It is a problem that can be worked around, but each time a subsequent remote start is done the FordPass app says the engine will stop in 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter how long it has been since the last remote start.
