"Delivery Details" missing on Ford VOTS

Hello everyone,

I received my build week of 4/10 on 2/16. Up until last Friday, 2/24 - the "Delivery Details" section had my dealership and contact info listed. It is no longer there. The truck still shows with the VIN number, correct order number and build week. Is this anything to be concerned about, or need correcting at this time?

Mine currently shows the same thing. The delivery details were there at one point, then disappeared. It is supposed to arrive at my dealer in the next 2 weeks so we shall see lol.

No, all still blank for me. However according to the rail tracking it is supposed to arrive at its final rail destination on March 10...then it has to go by truck to the dealer. The estimated delivery date was 2/27 to 3/8 so that won't happen now.

My tracker went "blank" on 2/23. I got an email on 2/28 saying my build week changed from 4/1 to 4/17. Tracker hasn't updated yet, still blank.

Is this one of those UPS things where "shipped" means "we printed a label but don't actually have a package ready yet"? Your truck may be shipped as far as the factory is concerned: shipped to the parking lot that stores them for loading on an eventual train.

Or could be a glitch. They should just name the tracker "Glitchy."

Delivery details disappeared from my order as well - still nothing there now.
