Deep sleep issues

Do we have a fix for the deep sleep? I know it was supposed to be by end of March. I had my battery replaced last month at the dealer and was good till this week and have gotten it 3 times now. And I have driven it since the last one and it’s still on deep sleep. I am going to the dealer again on Thursday to have something else checked and in going to bring it yup. Just wondering if there is a fix yet.
