Dealer issues with build software?

I tried to place an order this morning, but was told by my dealer that the build software seized this morning. Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? I was told they would hold onto my information and I could sign the paperwork once the issue is resolved.

No, it was an Alto Blue XLT hybrid. The dealer said he couldn't even get into the system because the entire system was down.

Was your build a XL in Atlas Blue?
Yes the system was down in the morning and then the order for a XL in Atlas Blue would not enter, had to enter the order for Carbonized Gray and hope to change the color when possible. Even tried Velocity Blue but no go there either.

Oh ok, figured as much. Seems that combination isn't working. My GF tried to order one Saturday. It was a no go.
Yesterday she submitted a new order for a XLT. Because she wanted the sunroof and couldn't get it in the XL.
