    Thanks. I don't follow things super closely, so I must've missed any other posts about other folks receiving the same email. Do we have an idea as to the typical amount of time a vehicle spends in the "In Production" stage before being marked as "Built"?

After some minor changes in dates, it was pushed to August 5, but I noticed it had been marked as "In Production" on July 27. I assumed, as the tracker suggests, that this would take a few days.     No, it was an Alto Blue XLT hybrid. The dealer said he couldn't even get into the system because the entire system was down.

    I tried to place an order this morning, but was told by my dealer that the build software seized this morning. Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? I was told they would hold onto my information and I could sign the paperwork once the issue is resolved.
