Sonora Mexico is like Arizona as well... no daylight savings time. When you live in the desert, in the summer, you really want that sun to set... Interesting to see SC join the party... that's going to be fun stuff for folks that do allot of business in southwestern NC, western SC, and northwestern GA.

I forgot about it myself and accidently blew off two remote morning production meetings on the east coast yesterday... Now I have to start my work day at 5am to match east coast client schedules.
I managed IT for a medical device company. We had plants in AZ and Puerto Rico. Always had to think about what time it was for a few days until I got used to it.

As a morning person, I'd prefer to stay on std time all year long. But I understand arguments for permenant DLST, as well as switching back & forth. Can't please everyone, that's for sure. Probably why no real action has been finalized yet.
