Dash noise

Update to the dash noise in the Maverick, a little annoying but as the dash contracts with the heat and cold it is slowly becoming less noticeable, probably disappear at some point.

As summer is approaching, a lot of us aren't going to notice it much probably. Until Winter.

Hopefully by then, Ford will know what's causing it and be able to fix it.

Come on Ford, don't be stingy and use more sealant when installing the windshield.

I have dash rattle on the front passenger A pillar where it meets the windshield. It is more noticeable on colder days. I took it to my local dealer and they inspected it. After 3 hours, they told me that they have 3 parts on order to be installed. I was told they did not like the fitment of the original parts. Not sure when they will come in, but glad it will get resolved under warranty at some point in the future.

Is it not the windshield squeak that has already been determined on here? It's not actually the dash rattling, unless yours is something different. It it temperature dependent on most of them. It is on mine too.

Noise happened last night on every overpass expansion joint. First time driving it at sub-20f degrees. Not happening today at 30f. So, good luck having it acknowledged and fixed by Ford, right?
