I have replaced my front door speakers and the ones I bought came with the dash speakers as well. Does anyone know how to remove the dash speaker grills? Does the A pillar trim need to be removed and if so how does it come off? TIA

Yes for the corner dash tweeter grills, the A-pillar needs to be removed as well. The A-pillar cover attaches to the tweeter grillwhere they meet.

They're clipped in, slide your fingers between the pillar cover and headliner. Give a decent tug towards you to release the clips from the A-pillar cover, there's also a bolt holding the cover to the A-pillar. I don't remember if it's 10mm or 8mm.

Sometimes the a pillar cover and Tweeter grill will come off together, sometimes they come off separately. But they are two separate pieces the a pillar cover has to slim posts that connect into the Twitter grill cover where they meet.

Some people leave the a pillar cover connected to the bolt I found it easier to remove it and get it out of the way.
