I believe this is indeed true but it should also be mentioned that some trucks with just the stand-alone hitch are still being scheduled before those with packaged hitches. There are a lot of mysterious variables involved in the scheduling process and possibly some voodoo magic as well.

I think it's all voodoo. Just when it starts to make sense, then it doesn't.
