Console Vault Tray

Alright, I haven't been able to find a tray that fits above the console vault, but there's definitely room for one. I chopped one up with a Dremel to see if I could make it fit.

(Now, if someone with a 3D printer could please make some proper ones. )

Amazon offers them. I purchased one for about $10, I Believe.

I couldn't find any that would fit on top of the vault.

I could throw something together tomorrow. Do me a favor and measure down from the top lip to were the top of the vault hits. Depending on how far you shoved it down before you screwed it in could vary.

4 cm in the front and 5 cm in the back.

I thinking instead of having high sides, just make it a flat try with beveled sides. Scoop out a indentation so it sits flat over the locking mechanism and something you can pinch and pull up on to get the tray out.

Low sides might make it harder to lift out. They'd be easier to catch on the inside of the console.

Nice I have the vault but have not installed it yet. Keep me updated on your tray if someone does 3D
