Hello, I am looking for some guidance on how to install a second amp with a loc. I can’t wrap my head around how to get the speakers to the second amp if they are being used to connected to the LOC?

Here are the instructions for the harness squirlz posted above. I didn't need any LOCs for my installation, but I used harnesses A/B/C/D to get four high level channels to a 4-channel amp, and then further split off the rear channels with harness E to get high level signals to a powered sub.

You may not need a LOC at all, if your amp(or DSP in my case) has high level inputs. Most do have high level inputs.

If your first amp has RCA Outputs (often labeled "Pass-Thru" or "Output"), you are in luck. This is the cleanest method.
LOC to Amp 1: Tap your speaker wires into the LOC as usual. Run RCA cables from the LOC to the Input of Amp 1.
Amp 1 to Amp 2: Run a second set of RCA cables from the Output of Amp 1 directly into the Input of Amp 2.
Result: Amp 1 "shares" the signal it received from the LOC with Amp 2

But
If your first amp doesn't have an output, you’ll need to split the signal before it reaches the amps.
LOC Signal: Plug a short pair of RCA cables into your LOC.
The Split: Attach RCA Y-Splitters (1 Female to 2 Male) to the ends of those cables.
To the Amps: Plug one set of "tails" from the Y-splitters into Amp 1 and the other set into Amp 2.
