Confusing Info

My owners direct certificate expired on 4/5. A fellow member indicated offer was to be renewed until 7/5. I called Ford
Marketing earlier this month and they said no renewal. I called today to check on my order and was told certificate has been renewed until 7/5.
Does any one at Ford have current and accurate info? Customer service sux out loud!

What do you mean by "owners direct certificate"? I've never heard of this. Are you perhaps referring to the Private Offer for those whose '22s were scheduled, then cancelled at the end of the production year?

I am not sure what this actually means. I have ordered a 2023 Maverick. The info I am able to get is almost nonexistent. I won't know what the certificate is worth (if anything) until the time I take delivery.

I ordered my truck in September 2022, I didn't get any 'owners direct certificae'. I *did* get an email from Ford acknowledging my order and then periodic follow ups, which culminated in a 'your truck has been built and is being shipped' email. Have you not received any emails?

Certificate, as far as I know, is not printable. I only was aware of the CTF when I called Ford Marketing. My order is still in limbo. I only receive 45 day 'Dear Maverick' emails.

That is most like the $750 private offer Ford randomly gives out to people. I have gotten them over the years, they do not renew.
To use it, you had to order when the certificate was valid, or pick up while it is valid. It is sully only god for 1 quarter.

As with other incentives, including special financing, you pick what was in place when you ordered or when you purchase. You cannot pick and choose for each time, we pick the overall best from either of those times.

yes it has been extended to 7/5 i got mine in the mail today 750.00 offer with the same cert# as the one that exspired on jan 3rd!

Was your 23 order a "rollover" for a 22 that was not built?
