Cobb transmission tune

Installed the Cobb accesport on my tremor maverick and was wondering out of the supplied trans tunes which one do you guys think would be the least stressful on the transmission. They have the oem+ tune and the sport tune I like the driving feel of the sport tune but is the firmer shifts going to be harder on the transmission in the long term? Anybody have any input?

I've always believed that firmer shifts are actually better for the transmission, since there is less slipping going on to make smooth shifts. I could be crazy though I'm sure it is just fine, and a lot more fun to drive.

I ran the sport tune the entire time I had the truck. I sold it not too long ago with ~120,000 miles on it. Never had any mechanical problems in general, but I did follow the maintenance suggested by ford.
