I think my literal first mod was a tonneau cover since I didn't have a spray in bed liner yet.

First Muslogy mod might be that center console cover or the plastic trim pieces for the interior

Not sure if it counts as a mods, but first things I did were.

1. Spigen tempered glass screen protector for the touch screen.

2. Silver 3D printed knob covers from Etsy to prevent dirt from getting into the rubber groves and it wearing away (easier to clean plastic).

Truck came with mudflaps, SIBL, floor mats and a trifold hard cover. Plan to removed OEM mudflaps for Rokblokz since they cover that hole in the rear and don't rub on paint. After that the spoiler, hood deflector, seat covers and tailgate letters.

I ordered Maverick 7/21, bought Black Friday tri-fold cover 11/21, and got to install it when truck arrived 11/22.
