Looks great so I hate to nitpick -
but the US Flag Code states that
“Patches or decals should depict the flag as if it’s flying (union forward).”
So the stars should be on the wind deflector side of hood with the flag unfurling towards you as you drive.

You could always claim it's not the US flag for US flag code abuse since it doesn't have the right number of stripes or stars on it and doesn't follow the US flag star pattern alignment; maybe it was made with AI! That said, displaying mutilated, defaced, or defiled flags are your legal right protected under the first amendment. It does fit nearly perfectly on that area of the hood.

Not that you are nitpicking but let me help you resolve your mental anguish regarding the flag decal's orientation:
My Maverick spends more time Parked than it does flying down the road.
(such is the case with most vehicles in a 24 hr cycle)
While parked, the hood slopes down from the windshield to the front bumper. This would mean the correct orientation of the flag would be with the stars on the high side. If the stars were lower than that the flag would be upside down, indicating a state of distress and a call for aid.

So Nope. It is displayed correctly. But thank you for admonishing me with your well intended wisdom, my friend.
Can we both agree that the display of an American flag on an American’s pickup is a show of patriotism? I support the same for a Canadian flag on a Canadian’s hood or a Mexican flag on a Mexican’s hood. Please post a picture of how your flag is displayed on the hood of your vehicle. I will not nitpick.

When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag's own right, that is, to the observer's left. When displayed in a window, the flag should be displayed in the same way, with the union or blue field to the left of the observer in the street.

I was going to say the same thing. I brought that up to the seller about 6 months ago. He didnt care

Nope. The Union (the stars) are supposed to depict the flag "Charging forward" NOT retreating as it is on your hood.
