Changing priority code

How do I get my priority code changed from 19 to something better?
I'm willing to entertain the following; flattery, bribery and as a last resort; sex.
Will any of these work? Have any of you been successful in getting your PC bumped up?

Your dealer can change it, ask them politely if they will change it to priority 10.

If you converted a MY22 order to a MY23 order, the dealer should have assigned the MY23 order to priority 10. That's as high as they can go.
