Priority code

I just talked on Ford Chat today. I asked them why my rollover order is priority 3. I thought all rollovers were to be priority 2. They said ask your dealer. Dealer says 3 is best code they can give it and Ford has to change it to 2. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your input.

Did you make a change to your order after the rollover was processed?

• If so, your dealer needs to contact their regional rep who can put it back to 02
• If not, you may want to make sure your dealer rolled it over properly in the first place and that you'll get your private offer still

Thank you both for your posts. I was put in as a 19 again by my dealer but I got that changed to a 3, but like the OP, it never has changed to 2. Thanks to Thundercougarfalconbird for what to do next.
