I have been interested in getting a Maverick since they came out and pretty much obsessing about getting one for 6 months. As soon as the order banks opened in September I placed an order for a loaded Lariat that Friday. Got lucky, it got built in Dec, on the dealer lot last week. And after mulling it over for a week I just stepped away :'(
Nothing wrong with the dealer or the sale process, quite the opposite actually. Noting wrong with the vehicle. Hard to explain why but in the past when I have bought a vehicle that I really wanted (JK Rubicon, GTI, Miata) I couldn't wait to drive it off the lot and keep on driving and driving. This time I drove it and there was no magic, just eh! Makes me sad it worked out this way but if you are looking this one should be available in northern Virginia right now.
