Can you put a roll-up tonneau cover with a drop-in bed liner?

Hope this isn't a dumb question, but it looks like it screws into holes that are covered up by the drop-in. Here's the one I'm looking at. Any thoughts on it are appreciated!

Update: I talked with a rep and they sent me this diagram. What I thought were bolts going into the bed actually are part of a clamp. It would still be great to hear real-world experiences with it though.

At my old shop, we installed many a roll-up tonneau cover with a drop-in liner. The only dop-ins that needed altering were the over-the-rail types and no one does those anymore.

I know that when you order the modular drop in Bedliner, the only factory Tonneau not compatible with it is the hard folding.

Did Ford switch away from the BAK hard folding cover? I only ask, because the BAK tri-fold works just fine with the modular drop in bedliner on my Maverick.

I've got the Ford branded Truxedo soft cover and it installed fine with my DIBL.

Did Ford switch away from the BAK hard folding cover? I only ask, because the BAK tri-fold works just fine with the modular drop in bedliner on my Maverick.

I don't know but I find that to be the case on those items which is why I recommend getting accessories separate from the order plus your order schedules faster without a bunch of accessories on your order.
