I want to level my XLT, but with the cv joint issues, I don't want to change the front while I still have warranty.
Is there a way to lower the rear, and leave the front as is???

I wanted to do the same thing but couldn't find an available solution. Unlike the front end leveling kit to raise it 1" with a spacer block, you would need a new rear spring that gave similar dampening characteristics but at a 1" lower ride height. I ended up just going with the Eibach Pro-Kit (1.5" drop front; 2.5" drop rear), no complaints yet but it does make the ride stiffer and require front end re-alignment after install.

Maybe email Eibach or H & R, there's a chance they have something off the shelf in the right dimensions and spring rate if you don't mind being a guinea pig to try it out. If so, please let us know how it works out. Rear spring swap is actually pretty easy to do compared to the front.
