I'm going to go on a guess here, but I'm thinking no.
My '22 has the 4K package and it's a bit more than just adding a bobble or two.
The package includes trailer brake management, A slightly different differential ratio, Transmission cooler, ect...
Yes, anything can be done, but the cost might be prohibitive. Your dealer would be the place to start.
