Can Elevated Rack be connected with Yakima system/accessories?

The Yakima system I have uses tubular sections.
Is there a way to connect the Elevate rack in some way to those circular rods?
I am really interested to buy the elevate rack+ Tonneau cover but if I do not want to rebuild all my kayak setup again.
Or maybe there is an other solution with teh elevate rack rails only + something else?

what kind of connection can you insert on the top of the bar in the elevate rack system? (once you remove the rubber gasket)? It seems as you can use a t-slot

and then use this "snap around system from Yakima". Just I do not have yet neither teh rack of this connection so I am asking..
