Yakima adjustable rack with a cover

I have an LXT hybrid with a Yakima adjustable rack. I’m now thinking about some kind of cover or cargo box, because of the constant rain here in Seattle. The rack seems like it would inhibit many covers and the retractable ones seem to eat up a lot of bed space. Any suggestions?

I’ve installed a TruXedo Pro X15 and have been very happy with it. I have the Angry Elephant adjustable rack system and it works great.

Do you have any pictures of this on your truck? I can't pull one up for a Maverick yet. Got a quote but would just like to see a picture if you could.

thank you!!! Looks great this is what I was looking for! Does it go higher? Just curious looking at the antenna. How long did that take to put together? I read the instructions and it didn't look too bad.

Oh yes. It’s in the lowest position here and will go up nearly 12”. I don’t recall the exact specifics, but I‘m sure you can find that on the website.

Im new to the world of bed racks. How long is the kayak? How long do you think it could safely hall? Can it hall two or just one? Thanks

15.5’ long. The setup I have can carry 4 boats and 16.5’ would be no problem.
