Build numbers based on vin

Not sure if it is the same on maverick but in the past the last 6 digits of your vin tells you production number. Being a short run only has five..Highest I have heard of is 15323. Ford looks to be on track to fill 25-30 percent of the 100k order by the end of the year

We’re likely to fall well short of 15k Mavericks built for consumers by year’s end, but we also only have 20-30k actual orders.

It will be close to 15k by the end of the year since dealer stock will still be to consumers nothing stays on lots now. Their plan of 2700 for November and 4900 in December and 1663 built through August but obviously not all of them are going to be sold, but we also don't know exactly how many are being built in September and October.

I'm pretty certain there will be 2022 Bronco Sports scheduled for production during the same timeframe.

That doesn't start until November, and ordering hasn't opened yet. I think, for purposes of this conversation, the Vin numbers are a valid way to track how many they are going to make, at least until that other production starts. In November.

Last six digit identify specific vehicle within the border year/make/model class. My svt vin built in kansas city shows the production number that matches my certificate of authenticity. I will ask my friend who works in the service department

If we assume Sept & Oct averages ~2000 trucks each month that puts us at around 13k, but the vast majority of August builds were for stock orders.
