Guys I do realize this is probably a common topic, but if you are not interested in it, why comment? Why even look? Some of you seem upset that this topic may have been addressed in the past and I didn't see it. This is an internet forum not everything is going to be for you. What's the point in trying to make someone feel stupid for trying to participate?

The computer will notify you when the oil change year is up. My 2022 hybrid XLT/LUX did. It appears that the "remaining % oil life displayed" will be adjusted percentage wise based not only on miles driven (possibly also by hours ice is actually running), but also on calendar days remaining in that year. I did not ever look at remaining oil life but did get the pop up 15% oil life screen around 30-45 days before my year was up (had embarrassingly few miles on my maverick at the time).
EDIT to add: it would be interesting to have a monthly "remaining oil life" at X miles recorded.

I checked mine today. I’m at 2,128 miles, 9.75 months since I rolled off the dealer lot. 72 days to the 1st year. Oil life shows 30%. Which is kind of odd, because time wise I am down to 20% before the one year mark.

Time wise you are down to 20% but milage wise you may be down to say 45% (no way to out guess a two thumbs up game playing programmer) which combined with who knows what else is expected to be 30% anticipated remaining life. You might work in a long trip. I will guess that an expected way to estimate remaining miles would be 30% of 12,000 (or whatever the max number of miles is allowed just like the maximum time allowed) would be 0.30x12000 = 4,000. This I would expect to trigger oil change at 2,128+4000=6,128 total miles if that happens before time runs out, but of course other things enter into it.

Changed my oil at 2800 miles and recorded it on my Ford acct. Switched to Penzoil full synthetic with a Ford oil filter. Will change oil/filter every 7500 miles going forward. Easy job and I know it’s done right.
