Bluetooth phone calls have static

So as an update, the insulation really didn’t solve the issue fully. As a test i simply pulled the mic out of the hole and let it hang. THIS solved the static and the sounding far away instantly. So the big question will be, “Is there a way that i can clip the mic into a sound proof cup in the pillar or do i leave it hang out like a savage?”

Picked up from dealer 1/28/2025 (3rd time) for bluetooth phone static. They said nothing about insulation/mic problem. Told me nothing was wrong with electrical and I should purchase an aftermarket radio. They also broke my windshield and said since they did not drive it on the road it's not their problem & I should make an insurance claim. :-0

Real question now, where do I take the Mav for insulation and why can't Ford do it??
