I used Dupli-Color peelable wrap rattle can for the one tire. Should I peel it off or paint the other three?

Ok, MTC. I just got a fresh set of steelies and caps from a fellow MTC member. Tires are off, I've got 3 month till winter tires and I've heard the steelies rust. Ox white XLT. Paint what color or just clear coat them???
