So about a month ago a guy posted the mabette roof spoiler he bought from the mabette website. He included a discount code which was probably the culprit. I ordered it never got an email confirmation or tracking #. Disputing the charge that does not have mabette s name on it at all . Has a Chinese name. Lmk if anyone else had this problem

Do you mind posting the link to the website where you made the purchase? It appears that @MABETT now has an official website in addition to their Amazon store. I suspect that a charge on your card from the store doesn't look like a typical Amazon charge and since Mabett is a Chinese company, the name on the charge could be accurate. Ryan @MABETT can you confirm the accurate name that will appear on charges placed directly on your website and not on Amazon?

We did launch the roof spoiler on our official site a little while ago, and shipments have started going out over the past couple of days. Sounds like the below happened to you.
May have missed the fact it was a pre-sale, so no ability to ship yet, therefore no ability to send tracking info, and sounds like playing legit, order not confirmed until something to ship.

This may have been a hit 'n run post and we won't see you again - but this sounds like good explanation.

Or you went to the wrong site - in which case the original thread with that scam site being listed would be mighty useful.

Anything Chinese offered on Amazon has many different company names; Mabett is just one. Typical Chinese marketing.

Sometimes its one manufacturer selling to various names. From my experience there are usually a few manufacturers that share the same designs. Everyone gets a piece of pie.

Long time ago I was buying emergency lights direct from China. Back then there were only a handful of different manufacturers but essentially still the same product (reverse engineered US designs). Actually found the manufacturer an American-based company (SpeedTech) was rebranding so I could get stuff at a discount even with the shipping.
