So the memo about the combo of bedliner and bed rails made me interested. What is the cost to do myself? I am scheduled so adding isn't working. Line-x Katy (near Houston) is $500 standard, $550 premium. Dealer is $595 through them.

Would be nice for $500 with free bed cargo Management system. But I'll just do it myself.

Have you looked at the 'modular bed liner' that Ford is selling as an accessory? It looks as if it fits very well, and is reasonably priced. I originally ordered a SIL, but took it off the order to avoid the constraint, and it worked back a year in September. Got a tonneau which works fine, and then read of the modular. You can get the installation PDF instructions from the Ford web site.
In case you want a quick search result, the part number is:

NZ6Z9900038A Modular/multi-piece bed liner

about $360-330 ish @ dealer...

I’m having auto trim design in Fairbanks do it. Should be around 700$ they did my 2500 HD in 2002 it’s held up great in the last 20 years.
