I was checking on the Revolver X4S and came across this photo on their website. It looks like the track for the cover impedes on the bed. One thing I really want to do with this truck is haul sheet goods. These 4 foot wide products just fit in the Mav and I'm concerned my tonneau of choice might ruin that. Anyone have experience with this yet?

Wouldn't your sheets be laying on the wheel well? It would only present a problem if your load height surpasses the top of the bed.

If you are carrying something like plywood or drywall you will far exceed the weight capacity of the tailgate if you load it up past the bed rails. So having the tonneau rails protruding into the bed space should not really be an issue for most sheet goods (except maybe foam board if you carry a lot of that).

Yes, but I was wondering exactly that. I will be restricted to the height of the bed. According to the post from WesM, that'll exceed 1500 lbs anyway. Thanks guys. I'm looking forward to having a truck again!

Keep in mind the tailgate is only good for 500lbs. When carrying sheet goods the tailgate would be carrying half the load, which means you can only carry a max of 1000lbs of sheet goods when using the tailgate in the midway (level with the wheel wells) position.

Interesting point. I believe there is another option to wrap the tailgate cord around the latch pin which would raise it higher than the wheel well, lowering there weight on the tailgate. My source on this was one of these YouTube video reviews though.
