Bed rug and bed cover mildew or moldy smell

Has anyone that has both noticed any kind of mildew or moldy smell? Im in a humid climate and curious if having both will lead to smells or mold growth? Can the bed rug be washed out at a car wash? Before i spend the money i just need my concerns put at ease lol.

I have the BedRug XLT version and Tri-Fold cover. It's Hot and Humid alot in my State like yours. I Love It, Zero Issues!!!!! One of my best purchases. You can wash it out, it doesn't absorb water, sweep it with a broom, whatever. Very durable and EASY on the knees! You WON'T Regret it.
