Anyone have experience with the WeatherTech drop-in bed liner?

I also found a liner with the tailgate mat, and a rear step/bumper guard all in one package. It looks like it uses an adhesive which makes me a bit nervous on my brand new mav.

I really don't recommend random character Chinese brands on Amazon. It is really just a glorified Temu. You get what you pay for as they almost always have zero support and so you are on the hook if it is crap. A lot of them will even change their names if their seller rating drops. This particular product only has 15 reviews and 4 of them are the result of freebies.

Personally, I'd save up just a little bit more and get something from RealTruck or bite the bullet for Line-X.

I use my bed for moving firewood very often and I’m pleased with how the factory modular drop in liner is holding up. If I didn’t use my bed so heavily, I’d consider a spray in.

I used a super heavy duty stall mat from tractor supply ($50.) cut it to fit and mounted the leftover on the tailgate. It can be flipped over to expose the smooth side.

Just had the bed of my new truck sprayed with Line-X Premium (UV protection) and am happy with it.

Not exactly the answer to your question, but I went with Line-X spray liner (not super cheap) AND later added an Amazon (AOMSAZTO) after-market drop-in liner on top. The liner was about 10 bucks cheaper when I bought it than it's showing now. Maybe overkill, but it's not the easiest to keep the spray-in liner clean--like beach sand and other fine stuff--which stick to the texture of the spray-in. The drop-in works fine, makes cleanup easier and it's easier to slide general stuff when packing the bed for a trip. It's also true that this drop-in is secure when something's on top of it, since it can probably blow around. Not a problem generally for me because I keep my tonneau cover closed anyway. When I'm cutting and loading firewood, I do that with or without the drop-in liner, depending on weather/mood. Clearly it's easier to deal with mud, etc., with the drop-in liner than it is cleaning the textured sprayed in liner.

Now you need a bed rug to put over the drop in liner :ROFLMAO: . Just joking, I always had drop ins in trucks so I could slide totes full of tools and equipment easier. Retired, not carrying tools etc. and I can reach over the side of the Maverick easier than my old 92 Ranger so the SIBL was fine. Yes sand is hard to get out but I found a leaf blower works better than a hose. Just make sure no other vehicles behind the Maverick when you do it.
Leafblower--good idea. It's not easy being slow...
