Bed 12v power accessory pig tails

Does anyone know how long the accessory access pig tails in the bed stay powered after the truck is turned off? Also do they shut off when you exit the truck? I know if power is utilized for a long time after the truck is turned off the battery won't last long and you will probably have the dreaded deep sleep issue!

I think it's 10-20min max

Originally the power stayed on for about 10 mins.After a software updated,I forget which one,it went to key on only.I have a 22 hybrid.
