BAP on FX/4 Package???

On the tracker page I finally took the time to read everything. LOL. This is what I noticed under the FX/4 package. Very last item mentioned. This is not the same black appearance package that some order as an option, is it?

Only thing I can think of why is the wheel and tire package you get with the fx4 can't be used with the 18" bap wheels

Because the FX4 wheel is 17", and Ford got a good deal on 225/65R17 Pirelli "all terrains".
