Average wait time for most?

Just wondering what everyone's average wait time for their maverick from order to delivery?

This should be required reading for all who order a Mav.

Ordered Oct 4/21....picked up Feb 9/22.............4 mths, 5 days
dealer installed box liner, mud flaps and hood detector themselves...never submitted those parts to the order so it wouldn't be held up.

Ordered 10/2/2021. Xlt hybrid NO lux. Got a VIN in August 2022. Latest sceduled production date has changed 5 times , currently 12/19/2022, but I'm told my 2022 VIN will get cancelled and my dealer will have to reorder as 2023 with priority code 2. Vs 10 for the other rollovers without a VIN. So it is going to be at least 15-16 month wait for me IF it ever happens.

Ordered a base hybrid XL with only a drop-in bedliner on October 30, 2021. Got a VIN in August with a September 5 build date. Date has been moved TEN times so far. Can no longer get my color, Velocity Blue. Current build date is December 19, which won’t happen. Going into Winter with three near-bald tires and trying to decide if I will spend $500 or just take a chance. Every month my trade in goes down on my 2012 Colorado. Thanks a lot Ford.

290 days from ordering to delivery. Took possession yesterday. Had some frustrating moments dealing with my Ford dealer along the way..... But I have to say I do love the truck and it was worth the wait.

Just wondering what everyone's average wait time for their maverick from order to delivery?

My history for XLT hybrid, Lux, CP360, Tonneau cover, Sliding rear window, Floor mats

• Confirmed order 6/17/2021, priority 10; FoMoCo 6/17 email: “Throughout the production process, we will keep you updated on the status of your order”
• FoMoCo 10/21/2021 email: “Your 2022 Maverick Hybrid pickup will be delivered next year, and rest assured that we'll continue to keep you updated”
• May-June 2022, several changes to truck’s build date
• Dealer advised truck would be built week of 7/4/2022
• In July, a called to FoMoCo Marketing advise truck had been built on 7/9/2022 but was on microchip hold with no date for completion.
• FoMoCo 8/29/2022 email: “While we initially predicted your vehicle build would begin week of July 4, 2022, the supply chain challenges we’ve been up against are still causing delays in production that are beyond our control…. Once your vehicle is built, we will contact you again.”
• Dealer advised on 9/30/2022 that truck was released for shipping with ETA of 10/30-11/5/2022.
• Truck arrived via train at Petersburg, VA on 10/20/2022.
• Still awaiting delivery of truck to dealer (as of 10/28/2022). Dealer advises he cannot sell vehicle due to side airbag recall, and does not know when parts will be available for installation. MTC postings indicate parts may not be available till 2023Q1.

Bottom line: FoMoCo did a poor job of keeping their promises of communication. Waiting 16 months and 1 week so far, with likely at least more than another 2 months till we can take possession. Unfortunately, I know of others who are in the same situation.

385 days. Got my Lariat 2 weeks ago.

Do not trust the online status check. Mine was built and ready to ship and the status bar was still at "ordered". Call the 800# if you believe your order is close.

Bought 2 lariat lux ecoboost AWD Mavericks this year. 10 months on one, 11 on the other from order to driving away. The second one spent a very long time sitting in KC waiting for a car carrier to come with Wichita, almost 6 weeks. If it had shipped with the same speed as the first they would have both taken 10 months.

Ordered a Hybrid on October 9th 2021. Currently at 12-1/2 months. Production was originally scheduled for October 24th, then moved to November 7th, then November 14th, then December 5th, and most recently December 19th. If it actually gets built the week of December 19th (likely won't), then I might be able to expect delivery roughly 17 months after ordering.
