Hi. Had my maverick now for almost a week. Really impressed so far with it, it seems a lot more solid and drives incredibly well even though I work about 5 miles from home and have only put about 70 miles on so far. One thing I noticed was how intense the heat is on the auto setting. Seems like you have to keep it set down really low to like 63 to keep a comfortable temp inside the cab. Mine is the XLT lux so does have seat and steering wheel heat but I tried leaving those off and it still seems like it gets pretty warm in there even set to that low of a temp setting.
I am very familiar with how auto HVAC works as Ive had several vehicles with that feature. Ive just not had one yet that seems as aggressive at warming things up to what seems much warmer than what the temp is set to. If its this way in the hot summer days with the A/C working as hard to cool it down that will be awesome though I can say!
Other than that I'm very impressed with the truck and am quite happy that I finally have it.
