Audio will not come on

‘23 Lariat Hybrid. Radio has been a little wonky. For example, no matter what station I’m listening to, when I turn the truck off and return sometime later, it reverts to another station that I’ve listened to in the past…
I thought I might be able to clear the problem by turning the audio off. I pushed the on/off button and nothing happens. Right now, I couldn’t even get to the settings to do a hard reset on my Sync 3. Any suggestions? TIA

Hard reboot the unit by holding the power and skip forward (>>) button for ~10 seconds.

I would also just take it into the dealer and have them test the unit. They have a pass/fail test they can perform. Mine didn't pass! It sounds like yours is bad, too.

The radio started working again. It still reverts to a radio channel that I have no interest in upon startup. VIN: 3FTTW8E34PRA53923. Pohanka Ford, Salisbury, Maryland.

that would be a soft reboot according to Ford. Hard reboot is in the sync settings and wipes everything you've entered or programed.
