Since I got my Maverick, I have been mostly listening to music over a usb cable to my iPhone so I could track my trips using "Journeys" in FordPass. I have been surprised about how good the audio quality has been versus what people prepared me for. Over the wire, audio has always been clear, though somewhat lacking in base.
Recently, I tried listening to the audio over bluetooth and noticed a lot more distortion. If I switch back and forth between bluetooth and a wired connection it seems pretty noticeable to me.
What is everybody else's experience? Does the Maverick get a bad rep in the audio department because the bluetooth chip or the audio profiles it uses are lacking?
