Are these rusted beyond repair?

I was going to say NO for the rust so bad around the lug holes taking off layers off the meat of the metal there.

Then I read the quoted post and was like... I always admire a little elbow grease. I'd just assess after the wire brush step to see how much meat of the metal you lost in spots. Not worth damaging a new vehicle just to save a bit reusing some old steelies. I might chance it on my 20 Vue .

Steel wheels are also nice for making post stands. Just lay it on it's side and weld a pipe to it, then mount whatever you want to the top. Flip it and fill with concrete for more stability. Could also take some old seats and weld their brackets to the post to make a new comfy garage chair.

Or use the oven to powder coat the wheels. After you cleaned up the rust from sanding the wheel by hosing it into the garden. Plants crave minerals right?

I had gotten her a set of 3D Max Kagu floor liners last Christmas as a way to check out if I wanted them for my (at the time undelivered) Mav. Now she has two spare carpeted mats from my Mav after I put my own 3D Max Kagu liners in.

What is this wheel for? Can't be off a maverick? The truck has only been out for a year and a half. The rims on my ram look new still at 14 years old.

EDIT: Sorry for the confusion. These are off my old 2012 Lexus CT and have nothing to do with the Maverick.

What is the date on the tire? If over ten years old most tire stores will not even repair the tire due to it's age. JUNK!
