I am curious about the Snugtop Bed Cap but never examined one in person. Are they perm installations? What are the best use cases to justify a Bed Cap?

The MTC Discount code still worked when I used it last summer. 20% off made a difference.Saw those on shark tank. Pricey but interesting. Love the color of your truck!
If you want something less permanent, easy to remove/install, and easily stores in your basement, check out the Flated topper. I use it 2x/year, and then switch back to a hard fold tonneau.

It rained hard when I moved my daughter to college, and when I moved her home. All contents inside the Flated topper were dry. I wouldn't want to use it 100% of the time, but it comes in handy when I need it.I ordered a Worksport AL3. Which in another thread I documented leaks at the cab and the side rail caps where Ford designed ditches, gullies, canyons, whatever you want to call them. The engineer at Worksport has sent me some material to try and document for them to seal those areas. I am not going to fill the cab drain area at first because my concern is there would be no where for water to drain at all at the cab. I notice that the Flated goes all the way to the side of the bed so would not have the drainage issue. Do you get any water in the bed at the cab in each corner? The Maverick is actually designed to drain water there to the bottom corner of the bed.
That's unfortunate about the Worksport. I seriously was considering that one due to low-profile. I have the SportPlus hard Fold (Chinese). I've had it since Dec (3rd tonneau - long story). It does a good job keeping water out during the rain. Water will get in towards the bulkhead when washing. They all do that due to the unibody design. The SportPlus was much cheaper on ebay vs. their website. No matter what you have, you will need to seal this area under the cover. I have some thick closed-cell foam there. RealTruck has a great video on how to do your best to seal the bed.Update: The Worksport was boxed and taken to FEDEX on Wednesday, they received it Friday. The sealer they sent my cracked and crumbled when wet. I think their in house testing is nonexistent. I had to pay the return shipping of $129 even though I documented with photos and videos that water ran in along the entire cover except the 4 clamp points. It also leaked through the hinges in the middle of the cover. I saw a post on Reddit where someone tried 3 different Worksport covers on their Tacoma and all of them failed to seal. The OP didn't realize until after he finally said he wanted a refund that they charged him shipping on every replacement so he ended up getting nothing back and no cover. Thanks for you information but I want a full time (90%) cover so I am looking at the cheap sit on the rails China ones. At least for under $400 if I have to add seals it's not as bad as $750 for a design that is to light weight to create a seal.
