The basic answer I've found is no. If you're the creative type, you might be able to get it to work with an in-bed tonneau but it's going to very tight and probably not work at all.

I called Rackit yesterday. To work with a Tonneau cover requires working with a dealer for a custom order. They basically modify the Maverick 1000 series mounting rails to match what you see on their 3000 series product. Not sure what that costs but have a couple of quote requests out to our closest dealers here in TX.

I got a quote back on the rackit with the tonneau customization. 1728.00 plus install and freight. 20 plus weeks lead time.
