Saw this on my Amazon Vine account and wanted to give it a try. Haven't had a chance to do much more than install is since we have some weather coming through and it be in the shop tomorrow, but I was curious what others' thoughts are.

The shape is a little ... "squarer"(?) than I'd like ideally, but I can live with it. I appreciate the flashing as just a little more in the way of attention to braking. The smoked look is an upgrade to me. The light is less important to me as I have a bed light and a tonneau that blocks some of it, but it seems decent enough.

At the end of the day, free is free, so I can't complain, but I'm thinking I'll keep it on for at least a little while to see how I feel over time.

personally, kinda ugly, sticks out like a big block. is it brighter than stock or something? i don't need the flashing. no reason to send the person behind me into epileptic fits.

It was a bit of a pain to install because you have to take the ceiling liner partially off, so if I'm honest, a good part of my "I'll leave it on for a while" is just sloth. If it were easier to just hot-swap, I might go the route of @Glen Baker LLC . I don't hate it. I don't love it. So until the fence gets too pointy between my legs, I'll just err on the side of "do nothing" xD

Yes, the flashing is a function built directly into the bulb.
You get two bulbs for I forget if it was 8 or 15 dollars. I bought them before the tar!££.
Remove the four screws holding the housing on. Swap the bulb replace the housing, screw it back in. Easy peasy. 🫰
