There are some real pretty pictures in this thread. When I placed my order at the end of December, I went with alto blue. Then I got to see alto blue on a bronco a couple of times. The first time it was overcast and about an hour from sunset. Alto blue is so dark that it looks almost black in those conditions.
Second time I got to see it in person, there was some morning sunlight, but the Bronco was parked in a shaded spot, so that only a small fraction of the very front of the car was in sunlight. That little sliver sure was pretty, but anything that was in the shade again looked almost black.
So it seems you have to be looking at alto blue in direct sun, from the right angle, otherwise it's pretty much black. Bummer for me, because the three vehicles I've owned myself have all been black, and I need something that doesn't appear black 85% of the time.
Not knocking the color though, I'm still gonna lurk here and admire the pretty daylight pictures, but I just don't think it's the color for me at this point in my life. (I switched to hot pepper red.) Enjoy your beautiful trucks!
