Adding oil change record

Does anyone know how I can add my own oil change record to my app,all I get is a message saying that something went wrong and try again later but this has been going on for over a week now. I have my Maverick and Escape in the app, I can add the oil change to my Escape but not my Maverick and have contacted the Ford app personal and they said that they will call me back when they figure it out but I have not received a response from them yet and it has been over 2 days

Did you try to add the service on the Ford.com website? When I add service from there, it will automatically show up on my phone app afterward.

Ditto to 1st time on website at least. (in the past it was easier to add some details there)
May allow a sync after that - or at least allow Ford IT to find the failure point.

Yep, easy to add your DIY service records directly on the Ford Website. I don’t use the Ford App…

I comment that I use Motorcraft Full Synthetic & compliment the Tech on his attention to detail.

Curious - any folks with used Mavericks able to access the service records from the previous owners/years?

I would like to thank everyone who came to my rescue on adding my self service oil change record, adding it to the ford.com worked after I figured out how to do it. Thank you again
