I thought I would pass this info along for those that do their own maintenance and want to keep track of it at Ford's Service site.

The latest version of the Ford Pass app will not let you add your own service records. However if you go to
1. Ford.com then Support and Service: https://www.ford.com/support/maintenance-schedule/.
2. Logon, and go to your vehicle (or add it if it isn't there yet).
3. Go to the Maintenance Schedule section.
4. Scroll down to the View Service History button and click it.
5. Click the Add Record button at the top right.
6. Check the boxes of what you did.
CAVEAT - Do NOT put anything in the Notes section at the bottom. If you do, it won't save. You will get an error message.
7. Click Save

I kept getting an error when putting in Notes. I called Ford support and they said to not put in Notes right now. They are working on fixing this. I was also told that they are working on the Ford Pass app to add the service record feature back in. It should be available in the next release.
I hope that is useful to some of you. :)

Thanks. I've been using this and am glad to hear that they will be bringing it back to the mobile app!

Yep. Thanks for the re-post of this info.

I've always entered the uploaded receipt scans and other records there, instead of the app which I do not use or want.

I added an oil change Saturday and put in notes. It saved. I got lucky or they fixed it.

I tried to save my last oil change and tire rotation. I did it many times and it would fail each time.
It's probably because I put notes. Oil brand, filter brand.
Maybe I'll try again

That was what was happening to me. Leave the notes off and it should save.
