cannot add/upload service performed on my '23 Hybid on Ford.com

All services performed by a participating Ford Dealer will automatically appear in your Service History. There may be a short delay in the time it takes for the record to appear. You can upload records of services performed by other providers or even maintenance you’ve completed yourself.
On computer I go thru the process of adding the services I have done at my local garage yet NONE of them appear ONLY the service done by the Ford dealer appear. Whats going on??

Well, I just added my self-service on the App on mine 4 days ago. Zero issues

Select the vehicle (if you have multiple)
Scroll down to the wrench at the bottom
Recent history
"Add service record"

This is only true IF the technician enters into the system. Used points to have the Works done at the dealer. Surprise surprise 4 weeks later when the OLM said oil change needed soon. Seems not only did the tech not enter the records into Ford server he also didn't reset the OLM. That along with hearing the counter person call a customer a "f*cking bitch" on the phone for asking to talk to the service manager after the advisor was not being helpful I won't PAY them to do anything. Warranty I have no choice but service will be done at the small trusted NAPA service center I have used for 20 years.
