A-Plan stopped for Maverick

Talked to my salesman today about getting my accessories put on, he said they stopped taking A-plan on Mavericks, this is in the Detroit area, any one else hear

I call BULLSHIT.....a Detroit area Ford Dealer will literally get BUTCHERED by doing that...That will circulate like wildfire and they would pay for that dearly.

I DID get A plan in Port Huron for my Maverick.

What dealer???? I will call them up and let them know my thoughts....then leave a JUSTIFIED review if it is true.

Dealer do not have to offer A-Plan. It's voluntary, but they would lose a lot of business.

On Fords AXZ plan site there is a tab with vehicles ineligible for A Plan, Some Broncos, Mach 1 Mustang, Raptor few others.

I know that the X plan for shareholders is being discontinued this year. I have set up ordering a 23 XL from Tim AT Long MacArthur with an X plan number - will see if it is valid by the time the truck comes in - I am at ease knowing no matter what happens those guys are honest.

Serra Ford Rochester Hills accepted my A/Z Plan PIN and gave me the pricing. But, as stated earlier, a dealer does not have to honor AXZ-Plans at all. I'd just go to a dealer that does.

I am most likely going to order a Maverick on 8/2 and asked about using my A Plan at the end of last week and they said no problem. Like others have mentioned it must just be that particular dealer. No A plan and no sale from me

A-Plan is ford employee and/or family discount. My 22 is ordered as A-Plan. on my XLT Hybrid it is about $1400 below MSRP.

That's great! Thanks. Did you have to notify the dealership when you ordered? My truck has been produced. I'm just waiting for it to be shipped. My father-in-law worked for Ford. How do I find out if I'm eligible for a discount? ;-)

If your FIL RETIRED from Ford, you get Z plan which is the SAME as A plan, just the retired employee pricing...and you really just have to tell the dealer any time you have "A/Z plan", but your FIL needs to call ford and get a PIN NUMBER for you for the dealer. He gets (5) per year.

And by retired from Ford, they don't mean a dealership.
