We're very excited to be a part of the Maverick community. Ohhhhh man......bad time to join as a "Sponsor". Unless you have concrete plans to help all the Maverick owners who bought your tail lights over the past few years and now have hyperflashing issues after the "recall/reprogram" that Ford implemented. Seems your customer service folks offer random percentages off the purchase of new bulbs when people contact you? Or sometimes don't offer any help with the cost of new bulbs at all. Your first task as a Sponsor should be to figure out how you can help us fix this mess.

Edit to add: I know you did not see the issue coming. None of us did. So I do "feel for you" that Ford took a crap in your lap as much as they took a crap in ours. But there still has to be some sort of workable solution.

Cuz the origins story isn't really the greatest timing.
I guess I'll start. Order #264901. Can I get the replacement bulbs?

@LASFIT , I reached out to you guys on your chat yesterday about my bulbs going out. They are a little over a year old, and have already gone out. I was told basically to buy a new set… in which, I will not be doing so. Lol, I’m not buying a new set of led bulbs once a year. Hopefully you guys can make a higher quality product.

I have a lariat with no solution yet but I am confident Lasfit will figure that out as well. Thank you Lasfit for showing other companies how to make a customer happy and for standing behind your product, more importantly your reputation. Companies should take note of what you have done. Without customer satisfaction there is no future and you are truly looking ahead. Please update when the lariat fix comes around and thank you.

how did you get that offer? I never got the recall done because I was afraid of the hyperflash, and now…. One of the bulbs just crapped out. lol
