We're very excited to be a part of the Maverick community. As a growing company, Lasfit always focuses on developing high-quality automotive products with excellent customer service and competitive price, which aims to provide our customers a better vehicle life. We look forward to getting to know all of you better and providing informative, helpful content on this club. Here is a little about Lasfit® for those who haven't heard of us.

Lasfit® was founded in 2015, and we are located in the city of Ontario, the greater Los Angeles area in California. We first started as an automotive LED lighting company specializing in high-performance LED bulbs that replace the factory halogen bulbs. Due to customers' ever-changing needs and feedback, from general auto parts to vehicle-specific products, from the mass to customization. Our teams performed thousands of tests and installations on vehicles for perfect-fit products. We have built a reputation by providing high-quality products at competitive prices, touching customer service, and superior technical support.

Ford is a renowned global automobile brand, and the Maverick is indeed one of the outstanding flagship models of this brand. At Lasfit, we have put a lot of effort into matching the right bulb products for the Maverick, providing a high-quality product line for LED upgrades, and have received much acclaim, solidifying its position as an integral part of the automotive industry. Ohhhhh man......bad time to join as a "Sponsor". Unless you have concrete plans to help all the Maverick owners who bought your tail lights over the past few years and now have hyperflashing issues after the "recall/reprogram" that Ford implemented. Seems your customer service folks offer random percentages off the purchase of new bulbs when people contact you? Or sometimes don't offer any help with the cost of new bulbs at all. Your first task as a Sponsor should be to figure out how you can help us fix this mess.

Edit to add: I know you did not see the issue coming. None of us did. So I do "feel for you" that Ford took a crap in your lap as much as they took a crap in ours. But there still has to be some sort of workable solution.

@LASFIT , I reached out to you guys on your chat yesterday about my bulbs going out. They are a little over a year old, and have already gone out. I was told basically to buy a new set… in which, I will not be doing so. Lol, I’m not buying a new set of led bulbs once a year. Hopefully you guys can make a higher quality product.

I have a lariat with no solution yet but I am confident Lasfit will figure that out as well. Thank you Lasfit for showing other companies how to make a customer happy and for standing behind your product, more importantly your reputation. Companies should take note of what you have done. Without customer satisfaction there is no future and you are truly looking ahead. Please update when the lariat fix comes around and thank you.

how did you get that offer? I never got the recall done because I was afraid of the hyperflash, and now…. One of the bulbs just crapped out. lol
